1. This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation & refunds on passes purchased through Go Socialise. By purchasing a pass, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Policy.

2. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full (100%) refund if you contact us at least 72 hours before the scheduled event—no questions asked.

3. Non-Refundable Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. In these cases, the full pass amount is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must contact us via WhatsApp at 8700464812 at least 72 hours prior to the event start time. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the message is successfully delivered within the required timeframe.

5. Amendments to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as the revised Policy is published on the website.
